Oakwood

Oakwood Village is a Condominium Association, however the structure is designed like a town house. The units were built in 1963 as a rental property, converted to condominiums in 1976.

There are 107 units consisting of 12 separate buildings. Some units have 2 or 3 levels and likewise 3 to 4 bedrooms.

All units have a rear deck and or patio and a fenced yard. Three level units have both a deck and a lower patio with a walk out basement access.

Oakwood Village is located just off the beltway in Northern Virginia.
Access is available by Metro bus to the neighboring Vienna and Dunn Loring Orange Line Metro.

Our property borders a small shopping center that houses a Giant
food store CVS Pharmacy and several smaller stores.

The 5 member board of directors meets monthly on the last Wednesday of the month. Meeting are held @ the Church next door on Heritage Drive and open to all residents.
